Open your mouth wide (as wide as you can) and hold that position for at least 10 seconds. Repeat for at least 10-15 times every day. Tip: You can also do this exercise every time you yawn. Just hold your yawning position for a bit before closing your mouth.




  • Cheek Exercise #3: The Cheek Massage



Using your fingers, gently massage your cheeks in a circular motion. Be sure to put enough pressure on the cheeks for you to feel them stretch. Do this exercise whenever you have your free time.
