LEG LUNGES



  1. Take a set of dumbbells and hold with palms facing towards you.

  2. Stand straight with legs shoulder-width apart.

  3. Step forward with your left foot about two feet in front of you.

  4. Slowly lower your right leg until the knee is about a few inches from the ground.

  5. Hold the position for about two seconds.

  6. Return to original position.

  7. Do 7 – 10 repetitions.

  8. Rest for about a minute before repeating using the right leg.

SQUATS



  1. Take a set of dumbbells and hold with palms facing towards you.

  2. Stand straight with legs shoulder-width apart.

  3. With feet and shoulders stationary, bend knees slowly to about 120 degrees.

  4. Hold the position for about two seconds.

  5. Return to original position.

  6. Do 7 repetitions

  7. Rest for about a minute and do again 8 times.
